How to Track Your Order
- Check your email — Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
- Click the tracking link — Use the tracking link in your email to see real-time updates on your shipment.
- Visit the carrier's website — You can also go directly to the carrier's website and enter your tracking number manually.
Order Status Guide
- Processing — Your order has been received and is being prepared for shipment (1-2 business days).
- Shipped — Your order is on its way! Check your email for tracking details.
- Out for Delivery — Your order is with the local carrier and will be delivered today.
- Delivered — Your order has been delivered. Enjoy your new furniture!
Large Furniture Deliveries
For large furniture items shipped via freight, our delivery team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery appointment. Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the item upon arrival.
Haven't Received Your Tracking Info?
If it has been more than 3 business days since you placed your order and you haven't received a shipping confirmation, please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can't find it, feel free to contact us and we'll look into it right away.
